laughter really is the best medicine – and I can certainly vouch for that because I’ve had some experience in this recently. During a very stressful week of my life, I was lucky enough to get quite a few doses of laughter. Last week was a tough week. One of the hardest I’ve had in awhile. There was stress. There has been a change. But do you know why it was there? Laughter. As I was struggling to get through the week, and one of the few things that I pushed me through and pushed me forward was laughing.

Laughing can seem like a simple thing, something we do not really think much about it. We all do it from time to time (some more than others!) And we’ve been doing it since we were babies. It’s something we were rewarded when we were small children. Just think of how often people try to make the children laugh and how clearly pleased to appear once erupts in laughter that little tiny mouth. We were encouraged to laugh and we have received positive feedback when we did it.

We grew up, we realized that there are different types of laughter different occasions when laughter is the right (one of which, I learned, is not in the front row of the church). As we age, meaning laughter changed. It grows deeper, richer, and it has many levels than it was when we were infants. As adults, we no longer have people cooing around us, trying to make us laugh, but sometimes, when we’re really feeling down, there are people in our lives who can bring us happiness by making us laugh.

For me, laughter is one of the most positive things I can experience. I often do not think about it, but when I do, I realize that I really love to laugh. It’s such a wonderful feeling to experience that bubbling infectious laugh, to look at another person, and we know that s / he is suffering the same thing. It’s fantastic to have one of those moments to laugh out loud when I’m reading a book or listening to someone replies sassy issued to send my shoulders shaking. (As was the case a few days ago when when you wake up to the morning of Monday, my mouth spewing groans and complaints, mocking a particular person, “Dundee esta Danny?” Ah, suggests rude to me is not the Danny-of- positive present gets me every time! )

Laughter is one of those things that just makes you feel good. There is certainly a negative laughter (like laughing at someone), but today I want to focus on how they can achieve more positive types of laughter in our lives. Just think of how great you feel like if you have a laugh from the heart every single day! It will be fantastic! I know a complex and difficult life, chaos and moments that sometimes laugh out loud is not always all that can be accessed, but here are some tips on how to amp up laughter in your life.

Share something about yourself silly with a friend. It was one of the best moments was last week when I was really struggling with some things difficult when they shared the silly thing about myself with a friend.

I did something that’s really ridiculous (I spare you the details),

and although I would have rather had not told anyone about it,

 

I decided to share it with her. I found it funny and we both ended up spending a few minutes laughing about it.

It can be tempting not to share silly or embarrassing things with others, but sometimes it’s one of the best ways to share large laugh.

Do not forget to laugh at yourself. When you think about laughter and how they can achieve more in your life, do not forget to spend some time laughing at yourself.

I’m not talking about doing so in a way meant of course. I just say this: Do not take yourself too seriously. We all do silly things or embarrassing things and one of the best ways to turn the negative into a positive is to laugh about it.

Laughing at others can be harmful and mean, but to laugh at yourself a light and interesting way that could be really fun, a great way to adorn yourself.

Watch funny TV show with someone you love. This is one of my favorite ways to cultivate a funny environment. There are a lot of TV shows

and movies are full of great comic relief and it is one of the best ways to make a great deal of laughter in your life. Funny books can also be hilarious,

but there’s something about watching a TV program with someone else that really increases the laughter. Laughter is great on its own,

but it’s even better when you share it with others. There are many obvious ways to do this, but watch comedy is one of the best ways to share laughter love.

Funny People support by going to a comedy show. Even better than watching funny people on television is actually going to a comedy show.

Have you ever been to one? If not, I’d recommend it. Even those that are not so great are very funny. When you go to the show, it’s a job the person on stage to make you laugh.

The whole purpose for being there is to crack you. So if you want more laughter in your life, and this is one of the best things to look at.

It’s a great way to see not just something hilarious, but it also gives you a chance to share some great moments to laugh out loud with a group of strangers. What could be better than that?

Help others get to laugh at themselves. Sometimes other people forget that it is okay to laugh at themselves. Some people forget that you can choose to laugh,

even when you feel like crying. You can help people by helping them to realize that it is okay to laugh at themselves.

Now, if you’re going to work on this tip, be careful.

It’s not always convenient for people laugh at themselves and this one depends a lot on the kind of person you are dealing with.

Take this into account first, and then, if appropriate, to help others find funny.

Find humor in something serious. When we were faced with very serious cases, it can be very difficult to see the good in them,

not to mention humor. However,

I realized over the past week to find humor in serious cases is one of the best ways to deal with the difficulties. It can be very difficult to do,

but if you have the desire, you can always find the silver medal, lining funny in this situation. Again, you have to make sure that it is appropriate to laugh or joke about something,

but once you define it, you realize that shed little laugh at the dark theme could be just what you need to brighten things up.
As I mentioned, last week was difficult one for me.

I learned a lot about myself and, in the process, learned a lot about the value of laughter. Having seen these moments that stimulates laughter directly, I know that there are great benefits to them.

I felt a sense of relief after the laughs. I felt a slight moment of being removed from any thoughts were plaguing my mind.

Laughter gives us a break from the hard parts of life. Laughter provides us with an opportunity to escape, even for a few moments, the past and the future. Laughter allows us to be really at the moment. So,

as Stephen King says above, do not deny laughter. Seeks out and let it stay with you as long as he likes.
